Just Kuz – Legal Notice & Terms

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all use of the Just Kuz website and all purchases made through it.

They apply to:

  • Consumers (B2C)

  • Business customers (B2B, including wholesale partners)

Where applicable, specific provisions differ between B2C and B2B customers.

Products & Services

Just Kuz offers:

  • Curated subscription boxes

  • One-time product purchases

  • Gift cards

  • Selected wholesale offerings (B2B)

We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. Due to the natural and non-toxic nature of many products, slight variations in appearance, texture, or scent may occur.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in [EUR/USD] and [include/exclude] VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

  • For subscription purchases, recurring billing is managed via Recharge.

Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or prepaid plans such as 3, 6, or 12 months).

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless otherwise stated.

  • You may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle via your account portal.

  • Once a subscription box has been processed or shipped, cancellation or refund for that cycle is not possible.

 Delivery & Shipping

  • We currently ship within the European Union unless otherwise specified.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

  • If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us at info@justkuz.eu and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Right of Withdrawal (B2C Only)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with EU law.

Exceptions apply to:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (where applicable).

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods.

 B2B Terms

For business customers:

  • Orders are binding and not subject to consumer withdrawal rights.

  • Payment terms may be agreed separately (e.g., invoice within 14 days).

  • Minimum order quantities may apply.

  • Just Kuz reserves the right to refuse or cancel wholesale orders at its discretion.

Liability

  • Just Kuz is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.

  • Our products and content are not intended as medical advice.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for potential allergies.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including branding, text, images, and design is the property of Just Kuz and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
