General Shipping Information
At Just Kuz, we aim to deliver your products in a timely and reliable manner. All orders are shipped using PostNL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We currently ship within the European Union.

Processing Times
When is my box shipped?
Once your payment is successfully received, we begin preparing your order. This includes packing your box and creating your shipping label with tracking information.
For first-time subscription orders, boxes are usually processed within a few business days.
For active subscription members, boxes are packed and dispatched in coordinated batches so that all members receive their curated products around the same time. In these cases, dispatch may take up to 10 days.
Why does my tracking link show no updates?
Your tracking link is generated once your shipping label is created. It may take several days before updates appear, especially while the parcel is in transit from the Netherlands to your local carrier. Tracking will update once scanned by the destination carrier.
Can I cancel before my box ships?
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
However, if your box has already been processed or dispatched before cancellation, that shipment cannot be stopped and will still be delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link provided by PostNL.
Subscription Box Shipping

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Just Kuz is not responsible for delays caused by:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided:
