Most products in your Just.Kuz box are full size, with the occasional deluxe or discovery-size item when it truly adds value. We believe you should have enough to genuinely experience, enjoy, and fall in love with each product.

Are all products in the JK box non-toxic & natural?
Every product is thoughtfully reviewed before being included in a Just Kuz box. We prioritise formulations that align with our ingredient standards, transparent sourcing, and brands that demonstrate genuine care for quality and responsibility. Our branding is first to align with products that focus on ensuring non-toxic and natural ingredients.
Because safety is influenced by concentration, formulation, and changing research, “100% non-toxic” is not a simple or fixed claim. Instead, we carefully select vendors who align with our safety, sustainability, and compliance standards and who continue to evolve alongside emerging science. We aim to work with vendors who meet our safety, sustainability, and regulatory expectations, and who are committed to continuous improvement.
If it’s not something we feel confident using ourselves, it doesn’t make the cut.

Sustainability is central to how we curate at Just Kuz. We prioritise working with brands that demonstrate responsible sourcing, ethical production practices, and thoughtful material choices across their supply chains.
We recognise that packaging in the wellness industry is evolving. While not all products can currently avoid plastic, we favour brands that actively minimise unnecessary packaging and explore lower-impact alternatives such as glass, refill systems, or recyclable materials.
For us, sustainability is closely linked to health. The materials that surround and contain products matter, both for environmental impact and for what comes into contact with the body. Our goal is not perfection, but continuous improvement, partnering with vendors who are transparent and committed to progress.

- The 10% discount applies only when a valid code is entered.

What is the Just.Kuz Points Program?
As a member, you can earn reward points by rating your boxes and products.
Here’s how it works:
- After your box has been shipped, you immediately receive points.
- Each dollar you spend gets you 1 point
- Once you accumulate 450 you can receive a free essential box whereas 786 gets you a free premium box & 1260 gets you a free luxury box.
Points must be redeemed within one calendar year.
*You can see your points on the website bottom left "Just Kuz Rewards". These will only accumulate if you have a Just Kuz Account.
Unused points will automatically expire after 12 months.
Do I need an account?
Yes 💛 Creating an account allows you to fully manage your Just.Kuz membership experience.
With your account, you can:
- View your past orders
- Confirm your shipment dates
- Redeem gift cards
- Access your personal “Invite Just Kuz” referral link
- Manage your subscription (skip or cancel deliveries)
- Rate your boxes and earn rewards
Can I skip a box/delivery?
You can easily skip a box/delivery by following these steps:
- Go to our website and log into your account.
- Click the ☰ icon next to your name in the top right corner.
- Select "Subscriptions" from the menu.
- Click the "Manage" button in your active subscription and select "Skip next delivery."
If you skip a delivery, you'll see your next scheduled payment date, and all your Member benefits will remain active. Your subscription will automatically resume on your next payment date.
Please note: You can only skip one delivery. You must receive at least one Just Kuz before you can skip another delivery.
Is there a deadline for skipping without being charged for a new box?
Yes, there's a deadline for skipping to avoid being charged for a new box. Skipping must be processed at least 48 ( hours) before your next scheduled payment. If you've already been charged for the next box before you skip it, we'll still send it to your OE, and the skipping will apply to the next billing cycle. Make sure you skip a box in a timely manner to avoid (unwanted) charges for a new box.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Yes 💛 You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly from within your account.
14 Day right to cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14-day period starts:
- On the day your first subscription box is delivered
- On the day your Just.Kuz shop order is delivered
- On the day you purchased a gift card, provided it has not been redeemed during the cancellation period
If you cancel within this 14-day period and return your first box, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Boxes after first one
After the first box and its 14-day withdrawal period:
- Your subscription continues under your selected plan.
- You may cancel at any time in accordance with our subscription terms.
- Cancellation will stop future shipments.
- Boxes that have already been processed or dispatched before cancellation cannot be refunded.
- Previously delivered boxes cannot be returned outside the 14-day withdrawal period.
Because each monthly box is curated and prepared specifically for that shipping cycle, once processing has begun, that shipment cannot be reversed.
Cancel or start return
To cancel your subscription, log into your account dashboard.
To exercise your 14-day withdrawal right and arrange a return of your first box, please contact our chatbot “Just.Kuz”, who will guide you through the return process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
How does Shipping work?
When is my box shipped?
Once your payment is successfully received, we begin preparing your order. This includes packing your box and creating your shipping label with tracking information.
For first-time subscription orders, boxes are usually processed within a few business days.
For active subscription members, boxes are packed and dispatched in coordinated batches so that all members receive their curated products around the same time. In these cases, dispatch may take up to 10 days.
Why does my tracking link show no updates?
Your tracking link is generated once your shipping label is created. It may take several days before updates appear, especially while the parcel is in transit from the Netherlands to your local carrier. Tracking will update once scanned by the destination carrier.
Can I cancel before my box ships?
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
However, if your box has already been processed or dispatched before cancellation, that shipment cannot be stopped and will still be delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
Can I return my items?
Do I have a right to cancel my order?
Yes. If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

- For your first subscription box: the day it is delivered
- For shop purchases: the day the order is delivered
- For gift cards: the day of purchase, provided it has not been redeemed
If you cancel and return your first subscription box within this period, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
How do I exercise my right to cancel?
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do I need to return the box?
Yes. If you withdraw from your purchase, the box must be returned.
We may withhold your refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been returned.
Can I open the box?
You may open the outer packaging to inspect the contents.
However:
- Products must remain unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
- If products are opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods, as permitted under EU law.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom-made products
Where applicable, these exclusions are clearly indicated before purchase.
What about ongoing subscription boxes?
After your first box and its 14-day withdrawal period:
- Future boxes are supplied under your active subscription.
- You may cancel your subscription in accordance with our subscription terms.
- Boxes that have already been processed or dispatched before cancellation cannot be refunded.
After the initial subscription term, consumers must be able to cancel with maximum one month’s notice.
You cannot:
- Return old boxes
- Claim refunds for boxes already delivered
- Undo past shipments outside the cooling-off period
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return).
Original shipping fees and surcharges are non-refundable unless legally required.
